ROBOTICS
ARGO ROVERS
Since 2008, Argo’s Space Robotics Division (SRD) has developed five generations of lightweight 4 and 8-wheeled robotic rovers for traversing extreme terrain and transporting high mass payloads.
SRD is responsible for all concept generation, mechanical and kinematic analysis, detailed mechanical design, and mechanical fabrication, including structure, driveline, and mechanical integration of all systems for the Juno Rovers, Artemis Sr. Rover, and J4 Rover.
Recently, this division of Argo has designed and produced a next-generation rover prototype, named “J5”, which is intended for planetary exploration and military research/development. The „J5“ rover has outperformed it’s predesessors, leaving the previous generations to be de-classified as Heritage Rovers
